I have a swelling in left eyelid due to pimple kind of formation inside the eyelid and it's not visible outside. This is causing irritation in the eye leading to redness.

probably it's a chalizion. use antibiotic eye  drops 2hourly  .if recovery takes  place  it's  ok if not then it has to be operated. pl consult an ophthalmologist.
