Left eye has sweelled and it's paining. It feels like something is their is eye which is irritating.

Hello Your right upper lid looks Swollen probably due to lid infection Try A.warm Compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards

Looks like an internal hordeolum. Give it a warm Compress. Visit your eye doctor to makes sure there isn’t any other problem. Your doctor would also give you some ointment and drops to apply.
