Sir, I have a swelling in my arm pit. It occurred 3 or 4 years ago. I thought it's a minor problem and avoided it. Since then it occurs ever and none. Now I feel pain when I lift my right arm straight upward. Generally I feel the pain when I do pull up exercise.
