I have got swelling on skin around pennis. Which is why the foreskin is not moving back and I can not clean the area. Previously I had small injury inside. Now it's giving irritation. Please help

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined for it as its really difficult to come to a conclusion of what it is without seeing it...I want to know if you are suffering from  phimosis.  Thank you
