A lady( 32yrs )suffering from acute attack of swelling of both ankle with pain since 1 month. Her bp 100/70mmhg.temp 98.8f. Submitted the blood report. pl. Diagnosis and treatment. thanks. N.B. ESR..35.

  If there is no improvement in pain and swelling, don't walk and stand, except only for daily needs. Tab indocap sr , after dinner daily. Tab dolo 650,after breakfast and dinner. Tab pantop dsr before breakfast.
