Swelling ankle

Only my right ankle is swelling up. This happened about 8 months ago and now again. Last week for about 2 days and gone without medication. Back today and quite badly swollen. I am 46 with no history of blood pressure/hear diseases. My Dad is diabetic and Mom had lung cancer and heart problems. Please advise what could be the cause of this. Thank you

Hello, URINE TEST COMPLETE N MICROSCOPIC. Blood  uric acid level. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN. TABLET LACILACTONE HALF AT 8-9am. for  seven to ten days. IT is a short acting diuretic as urine output  increases  swelling  decrease. Take a  bucket filled with hot water add some  salt n dip your leg for  ten minutes two times a day. It also decrease the swelling n give  relaxation. O. K,  BYE.
