Swelling after circumcision

Had a circumcision fifteen days back. Since last day I have swelling in the penis. Not so much of pain. No bleeding. But sensitivity is high which irritating me. Using neosporin and ibuprofen. And ice pack also. Some relaxation after using this. Please give ur valuable advice. Attaching photos for the same.
