What does mean report says, Incompetent perforator is seen over medial aspect in mid and lower leg, minimal amount of knee joint effusion on right side, Few tortuous dilated vascular channels are seen in right lower thigh region with suspicious mild increased echogenecity in surounding muscle fibre, I’m currently having swell on medial part on right leg It is dangerous or emergency?
