Hello Sir/Mam Myself Nikky and My problem is when i eat sweets then sometimes my gums gets Swelling and gets pain in gums .that is very irritating . is this any kind of allergy or whatever ? plz suggest me the solution or medicines ?

Hi, this might be due to any deep cavity or open infection. You may go for tooth filling or rct treatment after proper examination and it's execution. Take care
