Sweeling in feet

Swelling come in my feet. Sometimes i am feeling pain. During walk i am feeling these symptoms. Please suggest what i do.

Check ur heamoglobin and serum calcium. If it is low take proper treatment. avoid over exertion . take proper sleep at night. Avoid cold and spicy food items.

Hi swelling in feet can be of local cause or systemic. since your both legs , just recall if you had fever recently because post viral sequale also present like this if not consult an orthopedician for work up...
