I have been facing this problem since long time and tried several method too but not covered the problem. Generally my hand sweat too much specially sometime work issue or some nervousness or at the time meeting or hand sacks become problematic. Tried some gel and electric machine which relief but not permanently remove so am looking some kind of surgery or injections in my palms to get free with this issue.
