Sweating a lot

I usually sweat alot under normal temperature conditions. If i am exposed to sun for a little while or staying  under roof without fan or ac , my clothes and i become wet. When i go for shopping under ac aldo i sweat frequently. What is this condition ? How i have to overcome this problem? My weight is 80 , height 5'10 , i will do strength training / power lifting daily at gym for 2 hrs.
