But depending upon the climatic condition too, sweating may present earlier. If babies weight gain and growth is normal, feeding pattern is not disturbed, and breathing is normal, need not worry much. Anyways its advisable that you have your regular pediatrician follow up to rule out any underlying cause. Hope this helps you.
