My friend swallowed bleaching powder. which specialist should we consult? she couldn't swallow anything and she's suffering from severe irritation inside.

You need to consult a Gastroenterologist. He'll assess the seriousness of damage to mucosa which is the lining of the food pipe using endoscopy.
