Hi there. This was a very careless activity and it certainly does has its consequences. I would any way suggest to drink plenty of fluids, water and juices. Try to sleep as much as possible. Rhis will not cause pain but instead would cause lot of dizziness, weakness, relaxed muscless (floppy). It will take around 3 days to get normalise. If problem persists then antidote is Tablet N-Acetyle-Cystein but i am sure you will not require that. Be careful from next time
