It's suggested in pregnancy, A vaginal susten pessary has to be placed inside the vagina into the posterior fornix ,the best time to apply is just before going to sleep on bed, as while lying the chances of it dribbling out of the vagina are minimal, dribbling is just going waste . If it's minimal no problem. If it's soaking pad you might have not inserted it properly, consult doctor once again and get instruction on insertion.

U must lie down for a minimum of 2 hrs after susten insertion . Usually at bedtime. Next day morning if it comes out as a paste it's normal.
