A year ago i was diagnosed with syphilis with RPR 1:16 and TPHA 1:640 for which i got treated with penicillin. 6 months post treatment RPR dropped to 1:2 and TPHA 1:320. Now i tested after a year post treatment but TPHA has increased. What does that mean? I had unprotected oral sex 2 times 2 months ago.
