Hi sir - I have problem with paying attention and listening, I just go absent minded when anyone talks something long. It troubled me during my school, college and University as well (never listened to any class). I have joined a job , even there I was all absent minded at meetings. Also lack in concentration at studies even though I wanted to study and I can't even concentrate at the subjects which I am very much interested in. Could you please help me? I seem to have anxiety problem as well I get tensed for very small things. I often feel insecure about my parents and their health and I pressurize them to eat healthy food and exercise everyday, I get so frustrated when they unfollow these, get tensed and start talking to my self. I recently came to know  these are mental issues. Therefore I suspect I have ADD and anxiety.
