Prescribed canesten h for skin folds within my bottom and groin. Area has become inflamed and really itchy

Only canesten will not work if it is fungal infection. It required tablets also. Sometimes fungus after getting killed gives reaction. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
