Sir. I am suffering from cirvical pain for 4 months I can't survive without painkillers.i have all reports such as x-ray, blood test,MRI

PleaSe share d details, start tablet ejact Mr 2 times a day for pain, tablet chymoral forte 2 times a day, neck strengthening exercises, feel free to consult further.
