There is itching ...skin is become dry and spotted and pale no pain......but it slowly spreading some tym surface bleed

You may be having Eczema or fungal infection but you are not mentioned the site of itching. Please call me or send photos through online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. Please don't use soap over the rashes.
