Urine is getting stuck, dripping, pressure is being exerted, urine is staying inside, if sitting / lying in one place for a long time, it is getting more and more stuck, at some point the whole urine is not getting inside.If urination is strong then also can't do it. Doctors suggested for surgery. We want to know What surgery can be done without removing the prostate gland or any other treatment.

Looking at your notes, it looks like you are having prostate enlargement. Medical line of management with Alpha blockers ( silodosin or alfuzosin or TAMSULOSIN) can be tried. If it doesn't succeed, surgical option has to be taken.
