Surgery for snoring

Hi, I had a turbinectomy one week ago for treating obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. However, I still have snoring issues and extreme daytime sleepiness. I have tried caffeine but that doesn't help. For multiple years, I've had daytime headaches that are mild but constant and occur just around the nose and the eyebrows that tend to make me drowsy through the day. Is there anything I can do to make this better and improve my productivity? Thanks!

Turbinectomy usually is not the solution to OSA. Kindly share your Polysomnography( sleep studies) report so as to guide you better. Also if any sleep endoscopy was done kindly share the reports. Sleep surgeries should not be done before assessing all the levels of anatomical and physiological obstructions causing the OSA.
