Surge in blood flow

2018-10-18 00:06:14
For past several months, intermittently, there is sudden surge in the blood flow in my body as soon as its bed time viz 2300 hrs and there abouts. Once it gets triggered, I can feel the blood from different parts of the body flow with unusual speed towards the brain. The surge is such that it feels that it might rupture any of my blood vessels. It last for hours and once it's through, I can feel pain in my blood vessels through out the body.. However, if I manage to sleep early I don't experience this surge. Please help me diagnose the ailment and suggest the specialist.
