Supraclavicular lump

I have a lump in my left supraclavicular fossa. I am able to move it up and down by tensing what I assume are the muscles in this area. When I tense the lump becomes hard and immobile. I do not have the same problem or lump on the right hand side.

Lump need to be evaluated by local examination.. USG neck and FNAC should be done to assess the extent/attachment/nature of the lump.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
