Hello dr my height is 5'11" weight 62 i go to gym regularly i drink nearly 4litre water per day i want to take creatine will it help in gaining wieght,muscles...as i am student i cant give much time on diet so plzzz suggest

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What you need to build muscles is proteins and i wouldn't recommend any substitute to natural proteins like eggs, meat, milk etc. Eat more proteins and work hard, that way muscles will build naturally. Hello....... It's better to avoid any kind of weight gain supplements... You can manage with diet itself.. Since those medicines can adversely affect health, They are not recommended.. Have egg ,meat ,fish, milk and milk products... Don't opt steroid medicine to gain weight.
