I am taking medications for anxiety. I am also planning to take multivitamins and multiminerals supplements from nutilite and also silajit and aswaganda from jiva ayurveda. Is this safe? Or can you please recommend something else?

Consult ayurvedic doctor nearby in your locality who can guide you better. Yoga also works wonder on anxiety. In my patients I have seen improvement with both yoga and ayurveda.
