Sunscreen mandatory even in office ?
My doubt regarding why sunscreen is mandatory even in no sunlight areas??
1)Does it cause any UVA rays even in office where there is no sunlight ?
Is it necessary to apply during office hrs
2) Is sunscreen apply necessary in rainy days ??

Yes sunscreen has to be used daily whether you are indoors or outdoors, whether it is summer or winter or rainy season.
Nowadays it’s about photo protection,i.e protection from light. Light emitted from Tv or laptop or computer or mobile screens and LED lights also do damage the skin. Hence it’s important to use it regularly, on 365 days
