How should a sunscreen be applied? Should it be applied before applying a moisturiser or after applying the moisturiser?

Sunscreens can be directly applied over the face unless you want to use moisturisers for dry skin. More importantly repeating sunscreens every 3-4 hours during the daytime is required for it to be effective.
