I've recently been in the sun today and I used factor 50 which clearly hasn't touched me, my skin is red raw and tender I can't lay down and I'm struggling to bend my arms and legs etc my skin is hot to touch but I feel very cold, but I'm unable to put a blanket over me because it's to much pain to put anything on my skin, I genuinely feel unwell w
