I'm suffering from somekind of infection or acne on my back. Initially we thought it was some kind of sunburn and when applied prickly heat powder it cured but later on it started spreading and powder has no effect on it.

Could be polymorphic light eruption. Did you have intense sunexposure prior to onset of rash? Is there any itching or burning? Similar episodes in the past? Any other site involved?
