Sun burn problem

I am having sun burn on my forehead and I have consulted many dermatologist and now I am using bliss cream but there is no change can any dermatologist help me

pigmentation on the forehead is little resistant to conventional treatments. It does take a longer time to respond. Please avoid using abrasive measures or ointments as they sometimes aggravate this condition
