Sun burn marks

During my Holidays in goa earlier this year, even though i liberally applied sun screen cream over my face, i notice some light brownish spots/marks on my cheeks possibly due to sun burn. Tried different type of creams but now can't get rid of them. Please assist.

it depends upon what thickness of ur skin is involved whether superficial or deep dermis bettr to consult dermatologist
