Suitable health drink for 3 yrs old kid

My son 3 yrs old and reluctant to take milk. Thats why I was thinking for some health drinks, although I personally don't prefer commercial health drinks over cow milk. Therefore kindly suggest any health drink which will be suitable and fruitful.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. If he does not like milk , don't force him. If you eat egg, one egg a day is equal to drinking 1/2 L of milk.
