My brother is attacked with brain stroke and paralysed.he completed 1 year.now the problem is that finger moments are not there for both upper &lower limb.speech is some what improved,but not perfect.give any suggestions for this.

left side of brain is responsible for speech memory and movement of right side of body. that is why he has these symptoms. some minor problems might persist
