Polymorphs are suggestive of acute infection (recent or ongoing).Is your father having cough or cold or any other condition.?Was the heamogram done as a routine chk up or otherwise?

Hi, Increase in count of polymorph can be due to stress, infection or inflammation etc. So it's not serious condition but would request you to visit doctor and share the history of your father with doctor .
