Today i got my sugar level checked after meal.which is 318. Is it normal? if not , what i shoud do to reduce it. I feel pain in my kidneys area continuasly.

Hi, Sugar levels of 318 , Is highly abnormal.. We may have to get a confirmatory test called HbA1c and initiate treatment. please meet a Diabetologist and take care of your health as soon as possible..
