Hi, I just happened to check my sugar level and it showed 214 does it confirm I have diabetes? I am overweight, but I don't feel any symptoms apart from lazyness.

Ideally should check Fasting blood sugar and post prandial .Alternatively you can get HBA1c Done and it can tell you your blood sugar control in last 12 weeks.
