Hi I am 34 years old..I found my sugar level fasting as 260 mg and post prandial 396 mg..pls suggest if this requires insulation

Your diabetes control is certainly poor. Insulin may necessary. It also depends on your current medicines, lifestyle and several other factors. Consult an endocrinologist or Diabetologist
