I have eaten one bowl of g ajar ka halwa and kulfi and tea and then measured sugar by one touch tool.Got400.WHAT does it mean?Usually I never it sweets except tea n anar.I do yoga,walk one mile every day as such I don't he health issue except week eyesight due long hours computer wrk.
