Respected Sir, From 2011 onwards I am suffering with left vericocele. From the past 6 months i am facing severe discomfort and pain in the scrotum. I am unable to bear the discomfort and pain which causing mental feeling also. shall i go for surgery. please guide me.

You can go for Surgery if it's really bothersome. Go for microscopic subinguinal varicocele ligation by a proper Urologist. Preferably once your family is complete.
