i have already taken pain killer capsule and gas medicine...what can i do to get relief

Right side chest pain is not to be worried too much as it rules out cardiac pathology. And u have a continuous chest pain, and increases in breathing. It might be of muscular origin. Take some muscle relaxants like hifinac MR tab. Go for chest x-ray and EGG.. and revert back with reports
