Suffering from red eye with itching.

My daughter is 12 years old and is suffering from red eye with itching . Also went to a doc but problem is still continuing . Suggested for medicline named falbiprofin and ciprofloxacin. But the problem is stiil continuing . Pls suggest what should I do?

Hello Her symptoms are suggestive of allergy Try A.cold compresses B avoid rubbing eyes C use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop frequently D.  Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
