Suffering from PUJ obstruction

Hello, currently iam suffering from puj obstruction with right moderate degree hydronephrosis. Doctors suggested me surgery to fix PUJ obstruction. Before I got knew about the Hydronephrosis i was suffering from kidney stones that is 2 stones in left kidney and 3 stones in right kidney. But in the period of 3 months 4 stones got washed out of body. But still there is moderate hydronephrosis in right kidney and PUJ obstruction. So please guide me for  the reason of this.

Please mention the size of stones on both sides. If you have passed a stone them it means that your obstruction is not very significant. We also need to rule out if the obstruction is due to stones or not.
