Suffering from pain above stomach

Hi, i am suffering from pain right portion of above stomach and below lungs.It is not happening in left portion. When i am walking than it is less paining as compared to during sleeping. It seems the pain is in veins not in bones. I am constantly monitoring spo2 which us varying from 96 to 98. when i am breathing also then also it pains while lying down on the bed what may be the cause of it? whether it can be symptoms of corona?
