Suffering From Intestinal Worms

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from intestinal worms for the last few months. After taking certain medicines (noworm ,zyworm) it is low but after a few days it starts again. I bought a new RO+ UV+ UF +TDS water purifier. I also maintain hygiene and wash foods before cooking. But I'm still suffering from this. Please help.

Zyworm is not a medicine for worms if im not wrong... you have to take albendazole 400mg at bed time. (It is said to take some sweets before taking the medicine, they say it helps to attract worms in intestine
