I had covid in september last year...i was home isolated.. Than got negative within ten days... Since than am suffering from insomnia...  I have not gone to deep sleep from last 6 months...if i get sleep am waking up suddenly...and am also having some kind of burning sensation in the lungs.. Please help me...
