I got affected on viral fever September 25th and I took antibiotics for a week after that I recovered then after few days I feel like extremely tiredness and pain in hamstring and strengthens less am done with Blood culture test and CBC everything is fine even I took x-ray also my problem is not resolved till now , now I got 1:80 dilution in blood for typhoid o and H bacteria it's seems like mild but I don't what happening to me please help me out from this situation am requesting to everyone please
