Suffering from fisher since last 1 year
Got infected from piles(blood) during first pregnancy.. then start suffering from arthritis after delivery..eg pain and swelling on knee and wrist....after few year later I was diagnosed with tuberculosis....
Now tuberculosis is cure but fisser and arthritis is my pain and problematic area..
Request you to guide me for further treatment.

For your fissure problem you must be examined by a surgeon he will treat your problem . . Arthritis should be seen by a orthopaedic surgeon you must tell him about your tuberculosis and treatment you have taken . In the mean time you can take a mild analgesic like Nemuslide or paracetamol 500 mg 2-3x day and a local application
