I am facing dry cough from last 3 days. Taking few medicines but didn't get any improvement I am taking Benoside forte 100,Visylac , Azithral and Grilinctus L but no improvement from dry cough. Lots of weakness due to coughing.

Please get a Covid test done as you’ve both cough and weakness , you’ve not mentioned about fever however absence of fever does not rule it out. If negative can consult online for better history and evaluation and treatment accordingly
